I've experienced the good AND the bad, and it's actually been navigating the "bad", those really messy, complex situations, that has shaped me into becoming a credible and valuable coach for executives and others. I love helping and guiding people to make great decisions and avoid the pitfalls that derail us from achieving our goals and objectives.

I am a collaborator (if you've ever taken the PI behavioral assessment). I listen. I'm not going to just give you solutions to your problem, but I will help guide you to get there on your own. I'm patient and extremely empathetic to the challenges we all face in today's world.
